Delivery

Availability

For most of our products and with the high demand of the bikes, we work with pre-orders. For each product, we give an indication of the fasted delivery date on the product detail page. We are not responsible for delays in these deliveries.

Costs

No shipping costs will be charged for orders from with delivery in Belgium or The Netherland. In all other cases, the costs for sending the goods is depending on the shipping address and will be calculated on the checkout.

The delivery will be carried out after acceptance of the order and shall be made under the following conditions:

• The products are available in stock at our warehouse
• From 30 kg weight/consignment, a separate arrangement is made
• For all other cases contact us via info@velduro.be
• The deliveries take place at the risk of the buyer and the delivery by Velduro.be does not relieve the buyer of these risks

Orders are shipped when available from Velduro. If the indicated delivery date is not possible, you will be informed about this. Except for delays caused by third parties or unforeseen circumstances.
