For "Build your bike"

For the "Build your bike", you have a seperate payment option with the name "Build your bike". In this case, you don't have to pay for your order immediately, because we always carefully review your build before it's final. Once confirmed, you'll receive a payment link.

For all "Pre-orders"

As demand is high for the Velduro bikes, we work with pre-orders. When placing the order, you are asked to pay 30% of the order value. The remaining 70% has to be paid before we ship the bike.

How do I pay for my order?

You can safely pay for your order online in various ways such as Bancontact/Mister Cash, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, and iDeal.

Is paying at Velduro.be safe?

Of course! We work with Shopify Payment (which runs through Stripe), one of the largest payment platforms that guarantees a 100% secure handling of your online payment. Neither we nor third parties will ever see your card number or other personal information. When your payment has been successfully made, Velduro.be will receive a notification and the items will be sent.

Is it also possible to pay afterwards?

No, unfortunately it is not possible for individuals to pay for your order after delivery.
