Orders & Delivery

Yes you can. But due to the popularity of the bikes, they are "first ordered, first served". You can place your order on our website and we'll include your products in the next open delivery batch. Usually this is between 8 - 12 weeks.

If you place an order for a standard frame or bike (like the Phanthom or Rogue), you'll be asked to pay a deposit of 30% of the order. We order your bike for the next open batch and once it's ready to be shipped to us, you'll get a second payment request for the remaining 70%.

If you order a custom Rogue (see build your own Rogue), you have the option to pay for your order in full or choose "Build your bike" in the payment options. We review your order to check if all parts of your custom build are available and once confirmed, you'll get a request for payment of the 30%. Once everything is ready for shipment, you'll get a second payment request for the remaining 70%.

Warranty & Returns

Velduro bike frames are covered for 5 years. The Avinox motor system is covered for 2 years.

Technical Questions

i-track is a patented high-pivot suspension platform that uses an idler pulley to manage chainline relative to the suspension path. Unlike traditional layouts, it separates pedalling and suspension forces, optimising anti-squat for efficient climbing while minimising pedal kickback under compression. The mid-pivot axle path lets the rear wheel move rearward on impact, improving rollover and maintaining traction on steep, technical terrain. The result is consistent grip, better small-bump sensitivity, and efficient power transfer without sacrificing downhill stability. Find out more info on the I-track website.

The Rogue was designed to fit after-market shocks, there is no need to custom tune. Please note - not all shocks are compatible, please refer to shock requirement doc.
